In the south of the island, approx. 4.5 km south of the charming village of Lefkimi and approx. 3 km south of the small harbour of Lefkimi, on a well-kept, huge garden plot with lawn, many Mediterranean flowers, plants and palms, stands the holiday home complex IRINI. The complex consists of 2 two-storey buildings, staggered one behind the other, and a perpendicular building. In the front house, which faces the sea, there are two adjoining studios on the ground floor. The flat on the upper floor is used by the landlord couple as a holiday flat. In the second row, directly behind the front building, there is another house with two flats per floor.
Approx. 60m away and 90m from the sea is the single-storey house with 2 studios and 1 adjoining holiday flat. The functionally furnished studio IRINI STUDIO 2, centrally located, with ground level, rear entrance and beautiful garden view is located directly next to IRINI Studio 1. The bedroom and the bathroom adjoin the open chick corner. From the bedroom there is direct access to the front, small, covered terrace.
In the side part of the garden plot is the common BBQ area of the holiday home complex IRINI for the use of all guests.
The holiday flats of this pretty holiday home complex are particularly suitable for small groups, friendly couples and families with children. What awaits you here is tranquillity, seclusion, plenty of space to play, relax and swim, because the beach and the sea are right on your doorstep, the water is shallow and ideal for children. 2 kayaks and a paddle boat can be used free of charge by arrangement with the landlord. The extensive Bouka sandy beach, approx. 5km away, with sun loungers and umbrellas, a taverna and café, offers unforgettable swimming fun for the whole family.
