Discover Selianitika

Selianitika coast at the Gulf of Corinth

On the northern coast of the Peloponnese, about 30 km east of Patras and 7 km west of Aigio, lies the small seaside village of Selianitika directly on the blue sea. Nestled between olive groves and citrus plantations at the western end of the Gulf of Corinth, the village is framed in the background by impressive mountains and lush forests. From Selianitika, there are sweeping views across the Gulf of Corinth all the way to the mountains of Boeotia on the opposite mainland.

A main street with numerous shops for daily needs, tavernas, cafés, narrow streets and alleys, as well as a seaside promenade with beaches and additional tavernas, define the character of this well-established Greek village.

Directly west of Selianitika lies the small community of Loggos – quiet, peaceful, charming, and typically Greek.

Selianitika and Loggos are ideal starting points for excursions, such as to the legendary Styx waterfall known since antiquity, the Lousios Gorge, the impressive monasteries of Mega Spileon and Agia Lavra, or visits to nearby ancient sites such as Old Corinth, Mycenae, Epidaurus, or Olympia.

In this peaceful setting, quietly located within a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden and just a short walk from the beach, you will find the holiday home To Meraki.

It is about 30 km to the port of Patras, around 7 km to the nearest town Aigio, and Athens Airport can be reached in approximately 2 hours. A suburban rail connection between Athens Airport and Aigio operates several times daily.
