In Ermionida, the southern part of the Argolis, visitors enjoy the playful coastal landscapes, granite-like mountains, and unique biotopes. It is a fertile, wide-open land behind long, expansive beaches. The sea is always within view: one island follows another, deep bays alternate with numerous small harbors, and the region is rich in olive groves, orange and lemon orchards, and vineyards.

About 20 km north of Porto Cheli lies the small village of Didima, set in a fertile plain at the foot of the mountain of the same name. It is a charming Greek village with a church, a few tavernas, cafés, and grocery stores. Nearby, two unique sinkholes (dolines) impress visitors with their size and shape. This rare geological phenomenon was formed either by ground subsidence or by a meteorite impact. In the smaller doline, Byzantine chapels carved into the rock, decorated with 13th-century frescoes, are of great historical interest and well worth a visit.

Between Didima and the charming fishing village of Koilada lies the quiet area of Salanti. In this still relatively undiscovered region, the beautiful Salanti Bay is located about 7 km from Didima.

Currently, we do not offer holiday homes in Didima. We recommend holiday accommodations in Salanti.
