The detached holiday home Ammoudi View is set in a peaceful, idyllic location on the slopes of the Faneromeni area, offering a stunning view of the sea. The outlook over Ammoudi Bay, the deep blue water, and the surrounding coastal scenery is simply spectacular.
Completed in summer 2025, the holiday home enjoys an attractive hillside position surrounded by olive groves, on the way to the fine Ammoudi sandy beach. Two side terraces and a front covered terrace with a breathtaking panorama provide various spots for relaxation and sunbathing.
The open wooden roof structure of the comfortably furnished house gives the interior a pleasant sense of height and a cozy atmosphere. Throughout the house, the owners’ love for carefully chosen details is evident – always with the goal of ensuring the guests’ comfort and well-being.
An open-plan kitchenette adjoins the living and dining area. From the living room, you can access the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Both the living room and bedrooms open directly onto the front covered terrace and the side terraces – all offering magnificent views of the sea and the Mediterranean coastal landscape. On the southern terrace, there is also a spacious outdoor shower.
The Ammoudi Bay with its fine sandy beach can be reached on foot or by car, just about 450 meters away. The proximity to the bay invites guests to take leisurely walks along the beach directly from the house. The nearest beach, Kalamaki, is around 1.3 km away and offers a gentle entrance into the sea. The serviced Memi Beach near Koroni is about 6 km away. Many other beaches in the region are perfect for day trips and exploration.
The nearby picturesque town of Koroni, with its charming harbor, tavernas, and cafés, offers a delightful contrast to the tranquil, rural setting of the holiday home. On the western coast of Messinia, the towns of Pylos and Methoni each captivate visitors with their unique character and special charm. Between Koroni and Pylos stretches a coastline with numerous unspoiled sandy beaches – ideal for discovering and exploring.
